Insomnia: Difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking too early in the morning.
Sleep apnea: A breathing disorder in which a person stops breathing for a few seconds or more at night. This can happen hundreds of times per night.
Narcolepsy: A sleep disorder in which a person falls asleep suddenly and without warning.
Restless legs syndrome: A condition that causes a person to feel restless and move around while they are asleep.
